چکیده

The damage that occurs around the tire bead region is one of critical failure forms a tire. Generally, prediction durability carried out by experimental method. However, it takes lot money and time to conduct experiments. Therefore, determine fatigue life radial bead, reasonable method proposed in this paper. Fatigue testing rubber compounds ΔSED-number cycle (Nf) was applied. maximum strain energy density range (ΔSEDmax) several obtained steady-state rolling analysis with finite element This quantity then inserted into equation estimate life. results 175/75R14 were compared estimated value, which showed good correlation. It concluded can be effectively applied bead.
